One project at a time..................

I have so many things I have committed myself to make.... and just when I think I cant keep up.... God comforts me and gets me through *one more project*
One of the ways He gets my attention is to show me what wonderful friends I have! Beautiful ladies I have met online......... show me that I matter by simply posting a note to me here when they notice me missing. Emails of concern... and even a wonderful card in the mail ... simply "Thinking of me" June................ thank you! It meant the world to me to open that card today! You are simply a blessing to me! God Bless you my dear Friend!
I have found that a personal issue that my husband and I are dealing with right now... has taken over some of my confidence in getting the projects I have committed myself to doing ... done. You know... that ol' *I cant do anything right* feeling that satan haunts you with when something is going on that is leaving you feeling stressed and hurt. You KNOW the stand you have taken is right... but satan lies to you and makes you question yourself. Which then bleeds into other things in your life. Satan telling you that you cant possibly fill all those commitments on time. When you know you can ... because you've done it before. Satan tries to tell you that the relationship with your spouse is slipping.. so soon after becoming stronger than ever... because you see your spouse OVER Worrying... letting Fear take a hold. You know God is hearing your prayers when you overhear your husband speaking the words of truth to your son about self confidence.... that God did not give us a spirit of Fear but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind. 2 Timothy 1:7
You just hope now... he heard his own words. *wink*
Which brings me to this scripture............... which has opened my eyes this evening.

Galatians 6
We Harvest What We Plant

1 Dear brothers and sisters, if another believer* is overcome by some sin, you who are godly* should gently and humbly help that person back onto the right path. And be careful not to fall into the same temptation yourself.2 Share each other's burdens, and in this way obey the law of Christ.3 If you think you are too important to help someone, you are only fooling yourself. You are not that important. 4 Pay careful attention to your own work, for then you will get the satisfaction of a job well done, and you won't need to compare yourself to anyone else.5 For we are each responsible for our own conduct. 6 Those who are taught the word of God should provide for their teachers, sharing all good things with them. 7 Don't be misled—you cannot mock the justice of God. You will always harvest what you plant.8 Those who live only to satisfy their own sinful nature will harvest decay and death from that sinful nature. But those who live to please the Spirit will harvest everlasting life from the Spirit.9 So let's not get tired of doing what is good. At just the right time we will reap a harvest of blessing if we don't give up.

This is helpful to me for a couple of reasons... one for the personal issue that is going on right now... for me to keep strong and wait for the blessing. And the other for me to be confident in my decisions.... and my commitments... and not give up.

So.............. one project at a time.................. these are squares made for an online friend for a friend of hers. A comfortghan for a mommy and one for her baby. The baby was born early with health issues... so Windy(my online friend) wants to make mom and baby matching 'ghans. What a lovely idea!
This is just a simple hat I made with some odd ball yarn I had laying around. Needed to just do something quick and fun... and it will make a neat little gift for someone!
I have a few squares to finish up for a friend that is making 'ghans for raffle at her sons school. I'll post pics of those tomorrow... along with pics of 12 -12" squares I made for a dear lady (sissie) from C'ville and CrochetSwapsGalore (yahoo) She is making comfortghans for all the folks in a local Seniors Home for Christmas.
Off to crochet.. get more coffee... and tend to some email.... one project at a time!
have a GREAT evening... and a Wonderful tomorrow!!
God Bless

hugs...
love...
blessings...

My sister in law used to say "inch by inch, it's a sinch, mile by mile, it takes awhile". Glad you liked the little card. God Bless!
