Day #5........................

 Very Thankful today!
 *Thankful for my friend Darla for caring about me to bring her handy gadget to help my back! I'm trying anything these days.....LOL
*Thankful Ken was able to eat a nice big bowl of soup today! The flu is trying to kick his backside....
*So very thankful for coffee! Keeps me warm on this cold rainy day!
*Thankful for my sons principle caring enough about them to help ...when he sees them struggling.....thank you David Friedli!
*Thankful for the teachers that care enough about kids to communicate with them and their parents! Wish they were all like that!
*Thankful for the meeting after work..... I now know exactly where I stand!
*Thankful for that fresh pot of coffee as soon as I get home!

*****And oh so very thankful for my Heavenly Father who loves me like does to put just the right song on the radio and the right verse to read to help me be forgiving....kind and patient!*****

Day #4.........................

 So very Thankful it's still my weekend! So I can continue to sit with ice packs and heating pad.

*Hot showers
*Fresh coffee!
*Quiet ...beautiful Fall morning!
*For my sweet friend Angela aka Annabelle LOL for all her encouragement and support...to be brave enough to open a FB store.
*For my crocheting "to do" list continuing to grow to keep me busy!
*For more coffee!!
*for back pain.....it's helps me forget about my headache.
*For the most awesome God who blessed me with a crafting talent to keep me busy and bless others!

Day #3..........................

         Thankful for the extra hour we get....didn't sleep....but makes for good crochet time!
*Thankful for our church on video....Ken has the flu and my back is .....well... Not better!
*So very thankful for Coffee!!!
*For my boys helping me do the laundry....thank you for all the lifting and hanging up of clothes!!
*For the awesome view from my sitting room in my bedroom!
*Did I mention how thankful I am for Coffee
*For ice packs and heating pads!
*For God! The most awesome Heavenly Father ... who slows down my physical state to work on my emotional state!

Day #2.............

Thankful today for beautiful weather. .. gorgeous Fall day.
*The trash guy taking at least one of our cans.
*Coffee!!!!
*boys helping with chores! We can relax the rest of the day!
*Patrick breaking my most favorite stone pan in the sink and not on his foot. ...
*a nice little chat with a friend I haven't heard from in some time.
***God giving me extra patience. . forgiveness. .. and love today!
**Time to crochet my day away!

30 Days of being Thankful..........Day #1

*Today I'm Thankful for my dear sweet friend Vicki for taking good care of me at work as I pushed through the day with my back hurting!
*I'm thankful for plenty of coffee!
*For leftover bean soup so I didn't have to cook tonight.
*For the beautiful weather today!
*For a wonderful chat with my cousin Kelly!
*For God loving me like He does....like no one else can....being patient with me as I struggle with different situations and decisions!

Prayer Request............

Need a few little prayers please! I don't know what's up with my back.... But I'm in some super-duper pain tonight. Yeah yeah.....old age....I get it! And I appreciate the fact that this pain is distracting the pain from my headache.... But would still love a few prayers for this to let up a bit!

Vala's Pumpkin Patch..................

 What a great day!!!  Lots of exercise walking around.... enjoying the shows... and the activities... and not to mention.............. the Awesome smoked turkey legs .... kettle corn... and succotash.

Then we ended the day by taking the boys to a Haunted House..................LOL.... they were so funny! 
(and a little scared...LOL)

Patrick passed his Hunter Safety Training Class!

Good job buddy!  Super proud of you!

 Yum!  Fresh baked Brownies for the family! 

Finished this pair of  Boot Cuffs for a friend!  She ordered these and two other pair that are more on the "simple" side!

Whew....

Flowers delivered to work from Ken!  He sent them to cheer me up from my not so good week!  Been kind of stressful!   Thank you Ken!!!
