Okay... serious diet time!!!

Started first thing this morning and am going to achieve my goal!!!!!
I'm calorie counting.... eating healthy (which really I always have... but no more snacking) and exercising!


Day #1.... off to a good start!
Walked a mile... banana and 1/2 peanut butter sandwich for breakfast.... small dish of fruit for snack... and am getting ready for lunch here soon of steamed veggies
