Judas and the religious authorities arrived to... arrest Jesus in the Garden of Gethsemane. As King of kings and Lord of lords... He could have commanded their death with one word. Instead...with a strange surrender and a heart fully abandoned to the will if His Father... He said to his disciples, "Permit even this."
When the Lord takes you in an unusual direction...don't resist...wrestle...or rebel. Instead...lean into His embrace and whisper, "Permit even this." Heave will tell the magnificent story of all that happens as a result.***
~~help me Lord...to have a willing heart! help me to say..."yes Lord permit even this." Amen~~
