CEREAL BOX ... MAGAZINE HOLDER

Okay kids...............here we go.........
This really fun way to recycle...........

Supplies are:
Cereal box... or any box you want to use for a book/magazine holder
Scissors
Ruler
Pen

Turn box on its side... messure up 5 inches......mark with pen....

Due to wanting to keep the 'box top' on this particular box.. I created my slant under it.

Draw your line from the side mark to the top at an angle like this.............. dont forget to mark both sides.

Time for cutting................cut all along the markings to create your holder.

And see............... saved that 'box top' :)

Tah Dah...................... holds magazines Great!

Now... at this point... you can leave the cereal box as is.... or cover it with wrapping paper... scrapbook paper.... or contact paper.

For kids rooms.... it might be fun to just leave the cereal boxes as is.......... :) Imagine a shelf full of fun cereal box magazine holders. <3

Wanted to take a minute and post this really pretty scarf I made (if I do say so myself) for a lady that ordered an extra long scarf for her friend.
She picked the color and pattern from other scarves of mine she has seen and this is what it came out to be!

This past year, we honored those who have fallen and served our country on the 10th anniversary of 9/11.
We have supported so very many who have been caught in the destruction of the weather... with tornado's.... tsunamis... etc.
We have helped several rebuild after fires and flooding.

And we have donated to so many different causes and needs!
Thank you to our communities for each doing their part for our country!!!

Baby Set..............

Good Morning all.................

Well... a little show & share here..................
I was asked if I could make a baby gift for a super good friend of mine to give to a friend of hers for a baby shower gift.
Umm..... of course.... :)

She picked out the yarn and this is what I came up with..........................

I have to say............. I'm really actually pretty happy with this set!

It was really fun to make! I hope my friend's friend likes it!
