Taking a few minutes to blog ... read email.... and tend to other cyber things.
I have chores to do today. Its craft night at my house tonight ( my daughter is hosting it). Need to help her make snack food and desserts.
My mom.... sis-in-law... dear friend... daughter and myself all get together every other Saturday night to craft.... enjoy each others company... share new recipes ... and drink lots of coffee. We take turns hosting in our homes.
WIP......
These are a few things I have going right now. I'm still having such a time staying focused.... I always have had more than one thing going.. but like I said in a previous post... it seems to be worse lately.
Anyway... this is the 'Scarflet/Pidge' I was working on..... all it needs is a row or two of single crochet around the edge... and two buttons.
Have I mentioned ... I LOVE MY CHOPHOOK!!!
I will be donating this afghan to my boys school. I'm making this for the Nurses office. The blankets they have are starting to show the years... so I thought I would make a new one and surprise them. These are the school colors.
This is a prayer blanket for children with Nephrotic Syndrome. Its just rows shy of being done.
UPDATE on boys......
Well………. Let me first say…. Thank you for all your love and prayers…. Headaches and fevers are gone.
Please continue to pray for Michael… because of the fever.. his levels have gone up to 2000+++ His nurse was hoping because his levels were fluctuating on there own there for a while… he would pull out of the relapse. But with these levels this high… *sigh* we’re looking at a full relapse and Prednizone.
I know God is keeping Michael safe! I know this with everything in me! But I tell ya… satan sure does mess with my head …. Pulling at my heart strings when I look at Michael and see his puffy little eyes… making it hard for me to stay focused on God and His promises and mercy.
Have a wonderful day!!!
And a Fabulous Mother's Day!!!
hugs... love and blessings,
.::Tam::.
