God is so Good!!!
I know I still have several things to get done... and having so many ... especially my moms 'ghan has been weighing on my mind. Missing my daddy has been heavy on my heart.
But I have had the chance to finish a WIP. Start and finish a few items... (my sons water bottle carrier... a few charity squares... and other odds and ends)
God gave me a talent for crafting... crocheting being one... so with finished items that HE has guided me through.... I have found myself.. my desire to keep moving forward!
With that... let me show and share!
This is a charity square for a young boy with a kidney disease. A lovely lady is wanting to make this young boy a Comfortghan of Football Team Squares. So...... this is my contribution. A Nebraska Husker Football Square!
This ..... well..... this is a key chain. A knitted ICord wrist-chain. I made this for myself for when I have my hands full.. but need my keys out of my purse. I didnt want a long one for around my neck... I just wanted something that would give me ease in carrying my keys with full hands and with a slip loop.. I can hook them to the handle of my purse and not lose them in the bottom.
After making my wrist-chain.. I thought I might make a few for gifts. I have one made... a little charm on the end with a cord for connecting to a key ring.
Now this................... this is a blanket for me. I'm not done ... but it's coming along very nicely. My 12 and 9 yr olds are going to play Football this Fall for their school. I'm going to need to keep warm while watching games..... here's my blankie to do that with. I might share with hubby... hehheheehe I'm waiting patiently for my EdgeryDoo to come in so that I can make an edged blanket for the boys to cover in while they watch their brother.
Okay... off to organize my moms Comfortghan squares... I want to make a goal of sizing at least few a day.
Have a wonderful day...
God Bless you all!!!!!!!!

Great square. I love those wrist chains! Your RR blanket looks so nice.
I really like the wrist chain! Did you make that pattern yourself?
