Our poor little town got hit hard by the rains. Flooded pretty good!

The road heading home was just opened to drive on as I snapped this picture. The water all to the right is a farmers field.......... :(
This is the left side of that road.......... wow... look at that water rush through that corn field.

Oh, wow! That's an awful lot of water... :( It's funny seeing a sign that sits at the corner of Elm and Main - I live on Elm Street, and just a few houses down is the corner of Elm and Main!
OMG! Did your house flood?
We are very lucky to be where we are. We got a tiny bit of seepage due to the groud simply not being able to hold water... but no 'flooding' Now our roads were a different story... 3 of the 4 roads in/out of our place were flooded over and closed! Once it stopped raining... the water was able to keep moving and go down.
